WORSHIP
New Zion Sunday Morning Worship begins at 11 A.M.
Worship at New Zion is to experience the power of God in a mighty way. From being ushered to our seats, through the expressive devotional service, joyful singing and praise to our Lord and joyful giving, worship builds as our hearts burn within as we listen intently to the Word of God delivered in a powerful way from the pulpit by Pastor Howard or one of the ministers, to an explosive time of intense spiritual praise and worship of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
"Without a doubt we know that we have been revived when we shall leave this place."
TWO ORDINANCES OF THE CHURCH INSTITUTED BY JESUS CHRIST:
BAPTISM AND THE LORD’S SUPPER (COMMUNION)
At New Zion, most baptisms are scheduled for Wednesday evenings before bible study. Candidates for baptism are prepared by Deacons if a male and Deaconess if a female to be immersed in the baptismal pool following their profession of faith in Jesus Christ.
We observe the Lord’s Supper (Communion) on the First Sunday of the month. Communion is served to all baptized believers in Christ.
